Dear buyer of apartment in “New Nordic VIP-1 Condominium”, and other interested:
CONSTRUCTION HISTORY:
· Our new condominium “VIP-1” was piled in May 2010.
· From June 2010 to October 2010 we constructed the whole building in just 5 months to be “on roof”.
· In October 2010 and November 2010 we constructed all interior and exterior walls, electric system, plumbing, water tanks etc.
· Now in December 2010 we have been waiting for the roof tiles, and we have meanwhile done “small work” inside.
STATUS NOW:
· Two weeks ago brown roof tiles was to be delivered us by a mistake, of course we changes this to get the correct black (as prospect), and these will now come in short time.
· We have made a fence against the street to protect the constructing area from the public road.
· 4-8 persons work with after work in interior and exterior walls, when we still wait for the roof.
FURTHER PROGRESS:
· The black roof tiles will come soon, and to be completed.
· When the roof is complete with tiles we can start all the “inn door work” that require roof to nor get ruined by water
· We will make double exterior walls
In our area and in Thailand in general it is many finished complexes. The developer usually use “single Q-block” bricks in the walls in these projects (this includes the earlier Nordic complexes). Now it is a new model called “K-block” that is better to protect the heat, more water resistant and more sound proof. We have chosen this new “K-block” in VIP-1, and as a “surprise and gift” from us to all the buyers we have now decided to make all the exterior walls double with two set of K-block with 1,5-2 cm space between. This make the project very good, and VIP for you- and us!
The estimated construction period is from May 2010 to February 2011. We hope to have so big progress further on that our costumer can start to install kitchen .....
